Can I make a booking on the day?

Yes, you can if there are enough vacancies. Please check availability at the booking page on our website.

Do you accept a group for the course/trial?

Yes, we do. We accept up to 40 people, depending on the vacancies, so please inquire us.

Do you accept only cash payment?

We accept cash and credit card payment. (We apologize, but barcode/QR code payment is not available.)

Can I leave large-size luggage, such as suitcases and strollers during the course?

Yes, you can. However, we have limited space, so we would appreciate it if you could bring the smallest luggage possible.

How long does a course last?

It depends on which course or free trial you choose. It will take approximately 30 minutes at a minimum and 90 minutes at a maximum.

Can I change the course I have booked on the same day?

You can look at the samples to select a course in our store on the same day. You can also change the course you have booked on the same day. Please feel free to ask if you would like to change the course.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Until the day before the booked date, you can use the booking page on our website to change or cancel your course.

Do I get charged a cancellation fee?

Since your place is secured, 100% of the deposit will be charged if you cancel your booking on the booked date.

Can I join the course even if I can't speak Japanese?

Yes, you can. English and Chinese are available. We use a POCKETALK (a small translation device), so please rest assured.

Can I still join the course even if I am not very skilled with my hands?

Yes, you can. It's a simple procedure that you can follow using the sample image to decorate your hagoita. Additionally, if you like, you can also experience making decorative parts.

Can I buy a ready-made hagoita with decorations?

Yes, you can. You can purchase our ready-made hagoita at our product sales corner in-store or through our online shop.

Do you have car and bicycle parking facility?

We apologize, but we do not have parking facilities. If you arrive by car, please use the parking facility nearby. If you arrive by bicycle, there is a bicycle parking facility available for a fee just a one-minute walk from our store.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, you don't need to bring anything. Just bring yourself.

Can I come wearing a kimono？

We have a Japanese-style photo spot, where you can enjoy taking photos of yourself in a kimono while holding your hagoita.

Are you a Tax-free shop?

No, we are not a Tax-free shop.
